The Handyman Helper™ Has Two Guarantees:
- Guaranteed Appointments
- Guaranteed Service
We are committed to making your Handyman Helper™ experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
What Is A Guaranteed Appointment?
A common complaint consumers have about many handyman services is that they can not rely on their handyman to show up on time, if he comes at all.
By offering GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS, we are saying to you that we value your time as much as you do.
- When you call for an appointment, you will speak with a friendly coordinator who will help you select a Time Block.
- We will call you the day before your service to confirm your appointment.
- We will make every effort to arrive on time. If for some unforeseen reason we are delayed, you will receive a Courtesy Call to let you know when you can expect your Handyman Helper.
- If your Handyman Helper is delayed 30 minutes, you will receive compensation in the form of one half-hour of Extra Time. If time permits, we will perform your Extra Time service in conjunction with your originally scheduled appointment. Otherwise, we will give you an Extra Time voucher which can be redeemed at your next service appointment. The Extra Time voucher can be transferred to a friend or family member if you so chose.
The Handyman Helper’s goal is to provide you with the best quality service while respecting your time.
Our Guaranteed Service:
For 180 days from the date of invoice, The Handyman Helper™ will repair free of charge defects in workmanship performed pursuant to the signed invoice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we will refund your money.
The guarantee becomes effective when your check made payable ONLY to The Handyman Helper™ has been deposited and credited to our account.
